New Music: Mykell Vaughn ‘Bend It Ova’
When Mykell Vaughn dropped his debut single She Don’t Wanna last year he showed he could stand center stage with any of the new young lions in the business right now. We said he’d be one to watch in 2016 in our review of the video for the single. Now he returns with another single and example of why he’s on our radar.
Vaughn’s latest single Bend it Ova, the second single from his upcoming project The Switch Up, is just plain honest and that’s refreshing. I SWEAR I wish I’d taken more time out to enjoy my youth…this is a fun song and definitely one of the subjects young fellas talk about.
Overall Rating: 4/5 I like his voice, and the sound he’s bringing. His music is fun and I’m looking forward to the full project.
