0Hello Taiwan US Tour features hottest Asian artists ready to battle for Brooklyn
Got Barz?! Well then, Taiwan’s hottest Hip-Hop heads are invading Brooklyn as part of the Hello Taiwan US Tour 2016 and they are laying down the gauntlet inviting the city’s finest to toe the line and step up to the mic!
While the challenge is not directed at anyone specific, these Hip-Hop aficionados are opening up the stage for NYC rappers to show their stuff side by side with the Taiwanese delegation.
One of the most famous, at least here in America, is the one and only Dwagie (Dog G in English), who has collabed with the legendary Nas, Talib Kweli, DJ Premier, Mobb Deep and the Wu!!!! The lyrical mastermind made international news and headlines as the first and only rapper to get the revered Dalai Lama to appear in his music video…that’s powerful!
I had the pleasure of interviewing Dwagie last year in January and his outlook reflects such an awareness of the world and its issues, that his music has managed to attract media outlets like CNN, Time Magazine, Reuters and more…check out his earlier interview with The Hype Magazine here.
If you are interested in stepping up to the plate, check out the announcement below. Fans of Hip-Hop can witness the epic performances and battles for free!
