Veteran actor Eric Dane co-hosts Apollo Night LA episode 151

ApolloNightLA (@ApolloNightLA) and their impact on the #unsigned artist has elevated the weekly show (Monday 7pm PT) to the point that major stars like Jamie Foxx, Roseanne Barr and more, now regularly appear as in-studio guests. Watching the growth of the program, and the rewards for their hard work and intestinal fortitude is inspirational.

This week’s episode brought out celebrated actor Eric Dane, known for playing Dr. Mark “McSteamy” Sloan on the medical drama television series Grey’s Anatomy, as well as films, co-starring in Marley & Me (2008), Valentine’s Day (2010), and Burlesque (2010). He currently stars as Commander Tom Chandler in the apocalyptic drama The Last Ship.

More important than the acting, Dane is a champion for a stellar organization Chrysalis which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.

Chrysalis’ services help low-income and homeless individuals across Los Angeles County to prepare for, attain, and sustain employment and provide the tools and support necessary so they can succeed in the job market for the rest of their lives.
