New Music: Kazzie ‘Throw Some Money’ ft. Maino

With his distinct voice, lyrical diversity, creativity and originality, Kassan “Kazzie” Sherman (@KazziePop) definitely has next up. A Newark, NJ native, Kazzie grew up on Brick City’s 19th street. That street also produced the likes of Redman. As a result, Kazzie grew up seeing Red, Method Man and Erick Sermon battling on the block and it was there that he realized that he wanted to do the same.

Kazzie received his first taste of success at the age of 19 with his smash hit “We Don’t F*ck With That” featuring Waka Flocka which generated over 3.1 million views on World Star Hip Hop. That hit caught the attention of E1 Records who later signed him. His next huge hit was “Yeah Ok” featuring “Rick Ross” “Fabolous” & “Yo Gotti,” hosted by Power 105.1’s “DJ Self,” solidified his position in the music industry.

After parting ways with E1 Records, Kazzie went on to sign a production deal with music executive Malcolm Miles, CEO of Dreams Comes True Music Group. Since signing with DCT Music Group, Kazzie has released the highly successful banger “Rodeo” featuring the “Trap Queen” emcee, Fetty Wap and Mr. Wonder, which generated over 2.5 million Soundcloud plays. Expanding creatively with noteworthy collaborations, Kazzie keeps the momentum going by following up with his sizzling new track “Throw Some Money” featuring Brooklyn’s Hustle Hard representative Maino. “Throw Some Money” was produced by certified platinum producer Cash Money AP,(Sosa, Migos, Fetty Wap, Jadakiss, Thugger, Rich Homie Quan, Lil Durk, Lil Bibby and more).

“Throw Some Money” will be the new strip club anthem with its hypnotizing, repetitive hook and infectious beat that Kazzie murders with his clever wordplay. The energy on this record is explosive and Maino bodies the track with his witty lyrics and classic New York flow.
