Best New Artist Meghan Trainer to kick off GRAMMY Awards® Nomination Reveals

For music there is no higher accolade than that of your peers and the annual GRAMMY Award (@RecordingAcad) celebration is the biggest peer-to-peer salute event in the music world. We’re all awaiting the nominations reveal and the day of days is coming next week, see the official announcement below:

The Recording Academy^®and 2016 GRAMMY^® Best New Artist, Meghan Trainor, will kick off this year’s GRAMMY Awards^® nominations by revealing nominees in the four General Field categories (Best New Artist, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Album Of The Year) live on “CBS This Morning,” Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 8:30 a.m. ET. Immediately following, at 8:45 a.m. ET, The Recording Academy will announce nominations across all 84 categories via press release and on GRAMMY.com.
