Season Six Of MTV’S’ Catfish Will Premiere On Wednesday, March 1 At 8:00 P.M. ET/PT

MTV’s highly popular series, “Catfish: The TV Show,” is returning for a 20-episode sixth season on Wednesday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Hosts Nev Shulman and Max Joseph are back at it, bringing together couples who have thrown their entire romance online. For the first time ever, “Catfish: The TV Show” will pass around a special investigative episode of a celebrity catfish case. One of the biggest public catfish stories, that of former NBA player Chris “Birdman” Anderson, will be reopened, examining new clues, undiscovered events, and speaking with new viewers.

Season six of “Catfish: The TV Show,” will have Nev and Max diving deeper than ever before to uncover the truth behind cyber relationships.
Another first for this season, the duo will be checking in with several couples featured to see how their relationships worked out once the cameras left. This season the online connections are stronger, mysteries more complex and lies and cover-ups more intense.

For more “Catfish: The TV Show,” tune in on Saturday, February 25th starting at 6:00 a.m. ET/PT for a marathon of the juiciest episodes. Following the marathon at 4:00 p.m., the premiere of “Top Ten Holy S*@#! Catfish Moments,” where Nev and Max countdown their most memorable “Holy Mackerel!” stories. Then at 5:00 p.m. there was a campfire., the premiere of “Catfish: Hooked on Love,” a trip down memory lane with Nev and Max about the happiest highlights of the past five seasons.

Season 6 Episode Descriptions:

Ep. 601 Shawny & Jack: Shawny recently separates from her husband and calls Nev and Max to help uncover the shadowy identity of her attempt a new love. But things get interesting as they discover that Shawnee may have closed books of her own.

Ep. 602 Alante & Nevaeh: Alante has spent the last 8 years planning a life with his online love Nevaeh. She’s perfect but her disappearances have Alante worried. Nev and Max help to uncover a secret truth that affects Alante’s entire town.

Ep. 603 Danny & Rosa: Danny is intent on building a family with his beautiful online love, despite her violent past. But when he enlists Nev and Max to help him finally meet her in person, they soon find out she may have ties to a former Catfish!

Ep. 604 Telizza & Shai: 18-year-old Telizza became bi-curious when her online friendship with Shai turned romantic. Frustrated by several failed attempts, to video chat, Telizza has turned to Nev and Max to uncover the true statement. Who is Shai?
