Red Frog Events & Goldenvoic Presents Fire Fly Music Festival in Philly June 15–18, 2017

Firefly Music Festival is a music festival produced by Red Frog Events alongside Goldenvoice, that was first held on July 20–22, 2012, in Dover, Delaware. The 5th annual Firefly festival takes place from June 15–18, 2017 and some of the biggest names in music will take the stage: Chance The Rapper, The Weeknd, Muse, Cashmere Cat, T-Pain, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Weezer and much more.

Firefly has opened one more slot in this year’s lineup and festival organizers are hoping to fill it with a regional artist or band. Red Frog Events, producers of Firefly, and REC Philly have partnered for the annual “Big Break Live” contest and showcase. By submitting an online application, regional artists will have the chance to play a set on a Firefly Music Festival stage.
To clarify, Firefly Music Festival is accepting applications from all genres within a 150-mile radius of The Woodlands. This includes Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Musicians will go through three rounds in order to win: round one to help discover the top 25 acts from all the submissions, round two fans will vote online to narrow it down to the final five, and in round three, the final five will compete in a live showcase in Philadelphia. One lucky winner will join the other 135+ artists and bands at The Woodlands in June to play on one of Firefly’s seven stages.
Hurry, and submit your online application before the April 8th deadline here!
