Rich Homie Quan and The Hype Magazine Fashion Editor Hook up at Harold’s Chicken

Ok, nothing says ,“We cool” like sitting down in the chicken spot and talking that talk like long lost homies. Harold’s Chicken in Atlanta was just such a spot for the music icon Rich Homie Quan and The Hype Magazine Fashion Editor, Daja Marie to get it in. The two bantered back and forth, swapping stories for the camera and discussing Rich Homies’ current moves and music.

It was all love as the in depth back and forth got to the point of any interview with a celeb, but the two shared stories about growing up, we learn that Rich Homie had Major League Baseball potential (he played from age 4 – 18) and although he doesn’t play anymore a recent trip to the cages for a Music Choice photo shoot, showed he’s still got a bat.

A long-time skate fan, Daja let it out that she recently discovered she’s not as adept in the boots as she once was, to which Rich Homie quppied “I’m too clumsy, I can’t skate” eliciting peals of laughter from around the room.

Music talk got a bit more serious with both Daja and Rich Homie each naming a favorite from his latest mixtape offering, Back To The Basics. Opening up about the diversity of sound on the project, Rich Homie states he wants to avoid being put in a box musically and gives his thoughts on the “mumble rap” tag in music.

As the brief convo drew to a close Daja asked The Hype Magazine signature question, “What’s been your craziest ‘Where The Do That At?!” moment and I’m not certain anyone could have been prepared for his answer! A man his wife and her butt…it may be an #NSFW story so you’ll have to tune in to hear it live and direct from the man himself. When we say the story was wild…it’s an understatement.
