Live Session: Danny Boy

Native Chicago, Illinois, singer-songwriter Danny Boy, nee’ Steward, was first signed to the infamous, now defunct, Death Row Records when he was just 15 years old. His debut as a soloist came courtesy of his DJ Quik assisted ‘Come When I Call,’ taken from ’94’s “Murder Was the Case” original motion picture soundtrack. In addition, DB was heavily featured on many of the legendary Tupac Shakur’s standout compositions; including, ‘I Ain’t Mad at Cha,’ ‘What’z Ya Phone #,’ ‘Picture Me Rollin’,’ ‘Heaven Ain’t Hard 2 Find’ and ‘Toss It Up.’ — The now 37 year old vocalist has some very big thangs in store for 20-15 and beyond!
