Adam Parson – Love Life #WhoIs
Who is Adam Parson and where are you from?
I’m born and raised in Memphis, TN! I am a rap artist and been at this seriously for about 4 years now and It’s been a rollercoaster ride ever since!
Who has been your greatest inspirations musically and why?
My greatest inspiration has been Kanye West and Pharrell Williams. I admire the passion that Kanye puts into each project: every album is a snapshot into his life at the moment and ypou never fully get the same Kanye twice on each project. That’s something I strive to do. Pharrell because of his crazy production and the fact that he’s not afraid to do his own thing and create his own sound even if no one else is on what he’s on. That’s the mindset I go into when I’m creating music.
What do you feel you offer the music industry that we don’t already have in other performers?
I think I bring a freshness to the game that hasn’t been brought in a while. Alot of artist rap to be cool or do what everyone else is doing but I just put myself on the record to let you hear it. I don’t have a set “image” or persona so you actually can hear the music and not the image
When can we expect some new music from you?
My first project Love Life is out now! Also working on my second project called “Stronger” which I plan to release this fall. My first full length album will be released next year in 2016 as well. I’m really excited about that! I also have a live band version of my first project Love Live which I plan on releasing as well but that’s not set in stone right now.
