0‘Come Here’ and meet Chloe Riley
Chloe Riley aka Chloe Crush is a San Diego native whose voice and lyrical skill got her a record deal with the Slip-N-Slide record label a feature with Fast and Furious 7 songwriter Irome and a spot on season two of Oxygen Network’s “Sisterhood of Hip Hop which premiered this June. Executive Produced by the legendary T.I., the show gives us a look at the lives, trials, tribulations and triumphs of a group of Femcees making their mark on the music industry.
One of her real life friends from the show is Tank’s artist Siyah, who’s face lit up when Chloe walked on the set for her first official appearance…could be more to come on that end musically…hopefully because Siya is just flat out dope and I can def hear their voices together in my mind…IJS.
Chloe who follows in Miami superstar rapper Trina’s footsteps with her deal at Slip-N-Slide, is emerging as one of the new serious voices from the female side of Hip-Hop. Gaining ground with her latest mixtape project “New Pxxxy” hosted by DJ NTouch which dropped earlier this year and her appearance on Irome’s joint “Vibe With Me” produced by Neechiebeatz, we get to see a bit of the future I think.
My favorite joint right now from Chloe Crush, is her fun “anti-hater” joint, “Come Here” produced by JHawk. It’s about as fun a joint as I’ve heard in a minute and the track melds some touches of Progressive House along with a bit of Drum and Bass, all of which deliver a catchy party tune with a bit of substance as well.
Chloe and Irome hit The Hype Magazine Red Carpet Meet and Greet in Houston, TX this month and she brought her distinctive look to the place…check out our exclusive “Live Session” and with Chloe below:
