Platinum Selling Artist Lyfe Jennings And Singer /Actress Demetria McKinney Shoot Video For Their New Duet, Talkin Bout Love, For The TV One Movie “Girlfriends Getaway 2”

R&B songstress Demetria McKinney and soul singer-songwriter, Lyfe Jennings shoot the video for their new single “Talkin Bout Love” for Jennings new LP: Tree Of Lyfe.

The “Talkin Bout Love” video was directed by G Visuals and was shot in Atlanta, Georgia. The music video features both McKinney and Jennings. The song will be featured in the upcoming television movie “Girlfriends Getaway 2” a sequel to TV One’s 2014 comedy, “Girlfriends’ Getaway,” reuniting the original cast members Garcelle Beauvais,Malinda Williams,Terri J. Vaughn, and Essence Atkins, with an end-of-summer premiere slated for Saturday, Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. ET.

The sequel is about four girlfriends who travel to Puerto Rico for a destination wedding, only to face chaos when a simple affair turns into extravagant and expensive nuptials.

About Demetria McKinney:
McKinney is widely known for her role as “Janine Payne” on the hit TBS sitcom “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” which has taped over 254 episodes and received five NAACP Image Awards for Best Sitcom. She can currently be seen in a recurring role on Lifetime’s “Devious Maids. McKinney also co-stars on TV One’s hit sitcom “The Rickey Smiley Show and The Real Housewives Of Atlanta Season 7.

Even though her acting career keeps her very busy, Demetria always makes time for her first love: music. Over the past few years she has recorded and performed with artists such as Musiq Soulchild and Anthony David. She is currently on tour with R. Kelly with The Pepsi Funkfest. Demetria will be releasing her LP “Offcialy Yours” early 2016.

About Lyfe Jennings:
Lyfe Jennings is a platinum-selling R&B and soul singer-songwriter, record producer, and instrumentalist. He plays the guitar, bass, and piano which he integrates into his music. The New York Times referred to him as a “socially minded R&B singer”. On his new album, Tree of Lyfe, Lyfe Jennings describes it as his most personal work to date and produced the majority of the album at his home studio.
