President Barack Obama gave his final State Of The Union address last night and delivered a well-recieved speech. Before the POTUS stepped in front of the podium, Wale broke history by being the first rapper to open a presidential State of the Union. He went through some of his records such as Chillin and LoveHate finishing by announcing the title of his next album will be, Shine.
