The Big Pink Join The Kills. Kick off West Coast Tour. Release Remix EP Today!

British band The Big Pink continue their North American tour which started last night at the Los Angeles’ Mayan Theatre (with The Kills), and will make stops inSanta Ana, San Diego, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver. For more details and ticket information, see below.

This week, the band also released “Empire Underground” The Remixes, which features remixes by Elliphant, Aquilo, Kauf and Jamie Hince (The Kills). The bundle is available now on iTunes, Spotify and via B3 Science Records.

The band released “Empire Underground” EP earlier this spring, gaining the support and praise from the likes of Zane Lowe’s Beats 1, KCRW, Pitchfork, The FADER, NME, Stereogum, Consequence of Sound, SPIN Magazine, NYLON Magazine, ANTHEM and many more! Last month, the band wowed crowds and critics a like at SXSW in Austin, TX and have since entered the studio and are working on their forthcoming album.

The Big Pink is now formed of founder Robbie Furze, Mary Charteris, Free Hallas and Jesse Russell.

“Empire Underground” features contributors Andrew Wyatt (Miike Snow), Dave McCraken (producer of Ian brown), Robert Been (Black Rebel Motorcycle Club) and was mixed by the legendary Alan Moulder.
