Who is ApolloNightLA ‘Artist of the Week’ Aaron Staccato?

Aaron Staccato was raised up in an entertainment-oriented family. Watching his talented grandfathers inspired Aaron to become an entertainer himself. Aaron is inspired by  legends like LL Cool J, Tupac Shakur, Nas, Biggie, LA Reid, Babyface, Russell Simmons, and Dr. Dre ( to name a few); true music man.

Aaron kicked off on the airwaves at the local radio station doing intros for the hottest DJs and radio personalities on the air like Hurricane Dave & Terri Thomas. He later opened up shows for 8 Ball & MJG, 112, Jahiem, Montel Jordan, Ram-Z, Lina, Pru & Pretty Ricky.

Catch Aaron as a featured extra in the biopic of Miles Davis, entitled “Miles Ahead” starring Don Cheadle & Evan McGregor.

From the OUTSIDE looking in, who is Aaron Staccato?

From the outside looking in? hmmmm good question…. The music scientist…always experimenting some new music…and a go getter, I am.

Tell us about your ApolloNightLA “Artist of the Week” winning single.

“We can hold it down” my artist of the week winning single on ANLA is a hot single I came out with produced by Famo Rhodes out of New York. We can hold it down also features E Will, a strong vocalist & musician out of Ohio. We shot the video and been performing “We Can Hold it Down” everywhere with The Remember Band. It was one of my first r&b records I released worldwide.

Overall Rating: 3/5 love the musicality and the theme…there were a few glitches, but I like the message of commitment ~ JD
