Aadanis uses everyday situations in his music . He doesn’t conform to what’s ‘hot’ or ‘popular’.. Without having a strong male presence in the home, Aadanis sought out in his neighborhood who all had one common love:hip-hop. For Aadanis, this love was introduced by his mother,a teacher, who made him read many stories and books, which helped the artist to develop his lyricism. By the age of 8 years old, Aadanis had developed a love for language and was writing his own lyrics. He has looked to artists such as Nas, DMX, Tupac and Biggie for inspiration as he continues to make new music.

Aadanis has grown significantly since his first project, “Black Genocide” which he released in 2012.
