Rohan Da Great Drops Debut EP, The Real

From his origin on the planet of Brooklyn, all the way to Joco, North Carolina, wordsmith Rohan Da Great finally releases his debut EP The Real. The 7 song collection proves that Rohan’s last two releases “Stop Now?” and “Only One,” were indeed not flukes. His lyrical dexterity springs from the project like a meteor through the sky with showers of in-depth subject matter on relationships, the hustle of an independent artist, competitors filled with hate, the loss of loved ones and simply having fun in the summertime. If you’re a fan of bar heavy content and slick yet bold punch lines then this project will remain on repeat for you. “Supposed To Be,” the classic “Rule The World” and the reggae and dancehall infused latest single “SummerTime,” all take you on a ride from the hood to the island of Jamaica with a musical presence that can’t be ignored. There’s a new dope MC in town who gives you nothing but The Real, and his name is Rohan Da Great.
