As previously reported rap artist Rocko filed a lawsuit back in June against rapper Future saying he was owed 20% of Future’s earnings. Rocko claims Future breached a 2011 contract with his A1 Recordings label. Future, The Freebandz CEO is fighting back and has filed his own lawsuit for $10 million. TMZ reports that Future states he didn’t have an exclusive agreement with Rocko’s A1 label. In fact, the rapper/songwriter claims Rocko never covered his recording costs or payment of advances totaling $10,000 per album.

Reports say the business relationship took a turn for the worse after Future accepted a deal with Epic Records that landing him a very big multi-million dollar advance. Rocko accused Future of cutting him out of the 25% commission he’s owed off the big advances Epic Records delivered.
