The Tablets To Release 7″ Series, Listen to “Not A Sign”

Brooklyn via San Diego duo, The Tablets, are pleased to announce a series of digital and collectible 7” flexi singles to be released on Mon Amie Records in 2017. The first single, “Not A Sign,” out February 24, 2017, was mastered by Oliver Ackermann (A Place To Bury Strangers), and features the band’s signature blend of 80s dark new wave and 60s girl pop, but with heavier electronic and experimental influences than their previous releases.

The Tablets are Liz Godoy (Mexican born singer/songwriter) and Brenden Beu (San Diego born guitarist/producer).

Mon Amie Records (best known for their reissue of cult classic “Goodbye Horses,” b/w a cover from Jon Hopkins and Hayden Thorpe of Wild Beasts) will release a series of five 7” flexi singles from The Tablets throughout 2017 as well as a handmade container in which to house them. The series will be limited to 250 copies.
