As a lover of music and a trained ear I definitely take sound quality seriously. Its not just about volume and isolation of sound but more importantly clarity of the low and high end. Although I am no professional mixer, if I can not hear the crisp bass warming my ears while the middle and high notes blend beautifully I am not interested.

I have to say, when Pump wrote us about a product review, I may have been a tad bit skeptical with so many products currently on the market. I then decided to do a sound test as I narrowed down what I wanted to listen to as a test of what these Pump Buds can do. To my surprise, I was wowed, which rarely if ever happens. This product looked amazing, has top notch quality, is well packaged and gives the sound of studio quality head phones in an EARBUD!! Completely blown away is the only way to describe my response as I have never heard ear plug styled ear phones sound so amazing. In addition I can talk on my smartphone in crystal clarity and not miss a call in between listening.
