Lisa Nicole Cloud clears up quitting ‘Married to Medicine’ rumors

Recently, rumors and reports have surfaced that Lisa Nicole Cloud of Bravo’s hit Reality show ‘Married to Medicine’ announced that she and her husband, Dr. Darren Naugles, were leaving the show. However, Lisa tells the Hype Magazine exclusively that she’s not quitting the show but taking on the role as a part time cast member to focus more on her clothing line and other businesses.

“I didn’t quit the show, I’m taking on more of a part time role because my clothing line is growing and I want to the opportunity to focus on that and my other businesses.” She said.

Lisa explained that her Lisa Nicole “STRONG” Collection is building momentum since she previously done New York Fashion Week and Los Angeles Fashion Week. Now that she’s been invited to Cannes Film Festival to showcase her line, she wants to focus more on the opportunities that are coming her way.

She also breaks down the acronym and meaning behind her clothing line. “It’s a ready to wear collection and the acronym STRONG stands for She is Triumph, Resilient, and Overcomer and Never Give up.” Lisa says she’s all for women empowerment.

Lisa also mentioned she and her husband will also be taking this time to work on extending their family. She explained that her narrative last season on Married to Medicine was attempting to have another baby. The Couple decided to look into a surrogate or to adopt and is still weighing their options.

“I was hospitalized for a Blood clot last season and I was just emotional,” she said. “I was in denial about having another baby, knowing that there were some risks but I rather be healthy than to continue to put myself at risk.”
