New Music: Meekend Music EP

Meek Mill (@MeekMill) drops Meekend Music to celebrate his 30th birthday.  Well known in Philadelphia’s streets some slighted Meek for his drive and rise to the top. He has beefed with rappers from Cassidy and Drake to most recently The GamePhiladelphia, PA known as the city of “Brotherly Love.” The home of rappers like Freeway, Peedi Crack, and The Roots. Philly rap can come at you from all angles. Intellect, skill, street knowledge or even iconic change. Philly or Illadelphia may silently be coveted as the birthplace of Gangster Rap via Schoolly D in 1984. Meek Mill keeps the tradition alive coming from the bottom to emerge as a premiere rapper in the industry. Whether you hate ‘em or love ‘em you can expect the hustle to remain consistent.

Dream Chasers a Maybach Music Group affiliate powered by Meek Mill is out here getting love.  Saturated in bike culture Millz filtrates intense verses about luxury whips, diamond chains, and pushing weight. Aside in house DC Producer Jahlil Beatz, Meek made another heater in this mix-tape. Perhaps Meek is finished battling personal demons. Meek clearly has direct aim, for those with doubts. Despite all odds from a Soldier to a Boss, Millz is definitely chasing his dreams. Represented by the Dream Chasers crew of Louie V, Gutta, Cousin Omelly (@Omelly215), Lee Mazin, Goldie, and the late Lil Snupe. DC embodies real rap in a city where dreams come to those who work for it.
