Seventy 2 Music’s Jarren Benton Pays Homage To Wu-tang With 33-city Tour And New Album Titled Mink Coat Killa

Seventy 2 Music is proud to announce JARREN BENTON’s 30-city “Mink Coat Killa Tour” starting in Ottawa, ON on June 28th at the Bourbon Room and ending in Dallas, TX on August 8th at The Green Elephant. The tour is supported by new enterprising rappers Caleb Brown and Bingx.

The tour comes in support of the upcoming release of JARREN’s 4th studio album, MINK COAT KILLA. Paying homage to Wu-Tang, the new release features guest appearances from Nick Grant, Chris Rivers, Termanology, Elz Jenkins, and Demerick, and production by Jarren Benton, Spitzwell, 8track & The Coalition.

The first song from MINK COAT KILLA,”C.R.E.A.M. 17,” featuring Nick Grant, will be released NEXT WEEK.

The success of JARREN’s first three studio releases proves that the fans will be vying for more music by the lyricist. Both his 2013 debut My Grandma’s Basement and the 2015 follow-up EP Slow Motion Vol. 1 notched top ten positions on Billboard’s Rap chart, top 20 positions on the Hip-Hop/R&B charts and spots on the Billoard 200 chart. On the independently released 2016 mixtape, Slow Motion Vol 2, Jarren took things to the next level, collaborating with a slew of new producers, including J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Justin Padron and The Coalition; and featuring artists like Sy Ari Da Kid and Chris Webby. The result was a sonically rich and balanced project and the perfect set up for the new release of MINK COAT KILLA.
