David – so, what are we doing wrong when it comes to taking a shower?

We’re going to show you how you can make your shower a better experience, a Zen experience, a distressing experience. How you can shower smarter, so that it’s not just a shower, but a way for you to rejuvenate and recharge! How’s that sound?

Based on our lifestyle and occupation, many of us could be taking showers at the wrong time of the day. Can you elaborate on this?

I mean basically, depending on the individual, there’s ways you can take a shower that will enhance your lifestyle. Five to ten minutes is cool. Anything longer than that, you’ll dry your skin out. So, make sure you remember that part, but if you shave in the morning, shower in the morning, because it just makes for a better shave when you couple those two things together. A big problem that people have, I’m sure a lot of people listening can appreciate this right now is insomnia or difficulty falling asleep. So, when you take a shower in the evening, what happens is your body experiences a gradual decrease in temperature.

Soon after, that decrease in body temperature mimics your body’s natural sleep cycle and helps ease you into a better night’s sleep for a lot of people. So, there was a couple of things that will really enhance showers in terms of how they pertain to your individual lifestyle, but in addition to that, you need the right equipment to make it a real personalized sort of me time, spa experience and we’ve got stuff here that’s really going to do the trick.
