Today FYF Fest announced that a live stream of the festival will be available only on Twitter. This marks the first festival in the US to be streamed live on Twitter, and the first time FYF has ever arrived at their festival available via a streaming partner. The stream, Presented by Toyota C-HR, will be live on both Saturday 6/22 and Sunday 6/23, from 6 pm to 12 am PST, and include live sets from festival performers, as well as interviews, crowd shots, and behind the scenes footage from the festival to give viewers the full FYF festival experience.
The live stream will be available for free to log-in and logged out users on Twitter and connected devices in the US. Fans will be able to access the live stream at twitter.com/FYFFEST and via the festival Twitter handle @FYFFEST.
This stream follows a handful of live music streams on Twitter in the past year, including the red carpet at the Grammys, Billboard’s behind the scenes lifestyle content at Coachella, a series of live shows through Live Nation, including Zach Brown, Marion Hill, and Train, and Ariana Grande’s #OneLoveManchester show.
