Hype Magazine Exclusive: Wordsmith releases dope new album ‘Perspective Jukebox’

Wordsmith is an emcee from Baltimore, MD who drops “Perspective Jukebox,” a 14-track album that is set to release today. It is fire! Built on a philosophy of introspection, Wordsmith creates his music with a purpose. There is something for everyone. It is very much a collection representing the concept of a Jukebox where every song stands apart.

Being no stranger to the game and the world of Hip Hop, Wordsmith is a professional in the music industry, developing a corporate status through the licensing of over 30 tacks for film, television, internet video games and advertisement purposes with companies like NFL Network, CBS, NBC, Fox, Style, Bravo, Nintendo Wii and many more. In the independent music scene, he has made a name for himself by being accepted into the Grammy voting committee due to his numerous songwriting credits.

Also, a mentor as well as a songwriter, Wordsmith in the last four years has been performing for students at local inner-city schools for the annual Red Day festival sponsored by Open Door Baltimore and Keller Williams. He delivers an anti-bullying message along with joining the Baltimore homeless shelter project. Recently, Wordsmith debuted his Studio to the Stage: A Hip Hop Fundamentals Workshop during his American Music Abroad Tour to Africa and Israel!

Wordsmith is an accomplished artist, being among the Top 5 winners in the Great American Song Contest, touring Africa & Israel for Wordsmith’s American Music Abroad Tour, Five Artist to Watch Presented by JBL, featured music at Red bulls BC One World Final, a spread in the Baltimore Sun Newspaper Fall Arts Guide and coverage of Wordsmith’s Hip Hop narration for “Carnival of the Animals” with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra from January 11th, 14th and February 10th, 2018! Now featured on The Hype magazine, Wordsmith readies the release of his new album “Perspective Jukebox”
