The Hype Magazine got Noble to weigh in on his new project as an artist and highlighting his love of songwriting which said skill he’s employed on behalf of some of the industry’s finest voices.
Tell us about your current project and stepping more to the forefront as an entertainer!
I am excited about this project because I’ve finally found an excellent balance for myself. I’ve been known as a great singer, having sung for all the most prominent artists but sometimes people haven’t caught on that I’m a writer and that I’m also writing material for myself and some of those same big artists. This time, I’ve effectively found a way to show both sides! My show is on another level now, and I’m ready to tour with this project and really open a lot of eyes.
Do you feel your current project is the best introduction to you as an artist?
Absolutely! I’ve covered a broad range of sounds and emotions, and that’s always my goal as an artist. I don’t wanna be boxed in, and I wanna take the listener wherever I’m going and have a real experience.
What or who inspired the Soul injections to your sonics?
Life inspires soul! I’m not a trained singer or anything like that. I sing off instinct and feeling. My favorite singers do that, and I’ve always felt more connected to music that has that raw “soul” if you will. I feel like the word soul gets a bad rap or makes people think of something old but… sonically, soul is just passion which any artist in any genre can possess.
What’s on your horizon to finish 2017 and make 2018 a breakout year for you?
The end of this year will see the release of my entire new project coupled with Touring! I’m gonna be hitting different cities in the states and even a couple countries in Europe. I’m excited to put what I’ve learned from touring with everyone else to good use for me!! As far as 2018, more music, more touring. I’m confident the material will connect! Doing the work now to get it to more ears. I never lose once I’m in position.
The Hype Magazine wants to know: What’s been your CRAZIEST “Where they do that at?! Or “WTF?!” moment thus far in your career?
I would say it was the other day. I pulled up to a venue with my WHOLE band and dude had one mic and two small busted up studio monitors for the whole show!! Ended up spending the next hour getting friends to bring more speakers and sound!! Lol indie artist grind at its finest! The dope thing about my experience is that even though with other artists I’ve played the biggest arenas and festivals in the world, I still cherish and appreciate doing my own thing in a room for 200 people! I’ll treat your living room like Madison Square Garden if you let me! I just love to perform. I love expressing myself and getting my music out there to folks and having that moment with the crowd. I’m sure I have a billion more WTF moments, and I have no doubt there will be more to come, but I’m ready! I’m ready for the elevation!
