Exclusive: Jung Youth ‘Ambrosia’ EP (Premiere)

We first got a bar of Jung (pronounced Young) Youth back in May of this year with his crazy joint Sleep When I die Ft. Remmi, he followed that with the single Only One King which got picked up by the NFL a part of the music bed for Thursday Night Football promotions and THEN he hit us with Some Dreams I Won’t Remember just ahead of the release of his EP  due out tomorrow Friday, October 6, 2017. The title track for the project, Ambrosia, features the vocals of indie-pop artist Chelsea Lankes creating a dope sonic adventure.

Jung Youth gave The Hype Magazine his thoughts about the new project

‘Ambrosia’ is one of the most collaborative projects I’ve ever been a part of, and it truly helped me grow into the songwriter and artist that I am today. In fact, it was so special to me that I kept it locked in the vaults for a while but now feels like the perfect time to share. Life is too short to not have fun doing what you love with the people you care about, and that’s exactly what this EP says to me. I can only hope that you will enjoy listening to it half as much as we enjoyed creating it.’ ~ Jung Youth

Ambrosia doesn’t disappoint on any facet from production, vocals, lyrical content, and delivery. Jung Youth has delivered precisely what the doctor ordered, a smorgasbord of amazing joints to rid you of the music doldrums! 4/5 ~ JD

As a sign of his growing popularity within the big stage industry Jung also recently partnered with Bud Light Nashville to film a stripped down version of the NFL song Only One King, which premiered this week on Huffington Post:
