Point Guard Goran Dragic added in 13 points, four rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block.

Dragic was asked by ‘The Hype Magazine’ Correspondent Landon Buford before the game about his thought on playing against Mavs’ rookie Dennis Smith Jr.  ” He is talented, and we will see… He is a great young prospect and is playing well this season and a good player. Dragic would answer a follow-up question about both point guard playing style as rookies. ” We have different games definitely, but has been a long time since I was a rookie ten years ago and time flies fast. Dennis is doing a tremendous job, and it helps to have Dirk on his side with the experience he brings and great coaching in Carlisle.”

Dragic will be taking a much-needed vacation with his family during All-Star Weekend. According to the Heat star, he had a long summer and just wants to take time off and relax with loved ones.

The Heat bench contributed 29 points with Kelly Olynyk leading the way with 12 points. The Heat will be playing on the road Wednesday night against the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers, and are one game back in the lost column.

As for the Dallas Mavericks, Harrison Barnes led the way with 20 points and two rebounds. Westley Matthews added 19 points, seven rebounds, three dimes, and two steals. Dennis Smith Jr. drops in 14 points and 10 assists.
