Born Jarrell Darious Downing in Jacksonville NC, Rello (stage name) is an independent Hip Hop artist who now resides in Ottawa, Canada. Refining his sound over the years, Rello has witnessed social media prominence which he has utilize to release music expansively. His loyal fan-base in tow, Rello has returned with a new release; this time the visual for Cycle featuring LJ shot by James Harkness (I in Eye Cinematics).
