Stephanie Santiago is pretty dope.

Named one of the sexiest New Yorkers on Instagram by the New York Post, Co-host of the popular Lip Service Podcast alongside The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee, she’s genuine and honest.

Her body of work is also impressive.

Named one of the sexiest New Yorkers on Instagram by the New York Post, Stephanie Santiago’s huge break came in 2013 when she appeared on stage as Bonita Applebum during A Tribe Called Quest’s opening set during Kanye West’s Yeezus Tour at Madison Square Garden.

Also named by Complex Magazine as one of the 25 Hottest Urban Models to Follow on Instagram, Santiago respects the folks that came before her.“I love Selena,” Stephanie Santiago told Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson on a recent episode of the Scoop B Radio Podcast.

“Selena was the Latina American dream, you know? She jumped into an industry where nobody thought she could be successful because she was a woman. And she killed it! And when before she died, she was killing it. Selena is like a Latina queen.”

Stephanie Santiago also dialed in on her “Lip Service Podcast” and more.

Check out the Q & A below:

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: We didn’t mention that you are the host of Lip Service with the Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee.

Stephanie Santiago: Yes. Angela Yee’s Lip Service

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: One of my guys asks: ‘What is the show about? I don’t watch a lot of tv.’ Is it about sex and relationships”

Stephanie Santiago: Yes, it’s about sex and relationships. We drop a lot of gems on our show.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: Do you think that you are schooling people on that show why or why not?

Stephanie Santiago: Yeah I really think so. I think it’s very helpful because our show is like a conversation amongst women. A conversation you would hear usually and we have a guest and bring them in on the conversation. So I think we’re teaching girls, we give a lot of tips. We’re like experts out there. Two things I want in my career: I want to stay in radio, I really enjoy doing radio. I’m very grateful for my podcast, it’s a really a good push forward. And then I want to do some acting stuff, I want to be on television, I want to be a movie star.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: it’s funny because I remember you on Instagram tributing Selena.

Stephanie Santiago: Yeah I love Selena.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: What about Salena do you like?

Stephanie Santiago: I mean Selena was the Latina American dream, you know? She jumped into an industry where nobody thought she could be successful because she was a woman. And she killed it! And when before she died, she was killing it. Selena is like a Latina queen.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: If someone was to play Stephanie Santiago in a movie, who would you pick?

Stephanie Santiago: Who would I pick to be myself? I don’t know, I don’t think that girl is born yet. You gotta be really great, I don’t think she’s here yet. She’s gotta be young man, she’s gotta be younger than me.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: I believe that you’re going to be great

Stephanie Santiago: Thank you I appreciate you, Scoop.

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: No for real, I mean that. I think that a lot of people, in particularly on social media, I think that they don’t interact with their fans. That’s something you do. And people get snarky with you, but one thing I like about you is that you’re always the same

Stephanie Santiago: Right. Over the years, right?!

Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson: Yeah over the years, and I think you’re always the same. And I think that’s where that “IT” factor comes in. I think the greater great when they still can remain the same throughout the whole process.

Stephanie Santiago: Yeah, I think that my personality and my attitude is always the same, but I think that I reinvent myself. I reinvented myself a few times because I believe in change but you gotta stay cool, you gotta stay grounded man!
