Devin Scott is back after a brief hiatus with his latest single “Broken City”. Scott speaks about the key of being patient while simultaneously feeling submerged in a city full of corruption and distractions. There is much more to come from Scott in the near future as he is currently finishing up his debut EP entitled “Phases.”
