Save The Date: Musicology Presents Women Empowerment Series BET Week 2018
I am musicology is a community organization in its fourth year providing educational and vast networking opportunities through its bi-monthly event series. On June 19, 2018, during BET Experience week, Musicology presents it’s Women Empowerment Series, double-panel event at the Ivar Theatre in Los Angeles which boasts a lineup of the entertainment industry’s top gatekeepers and influencers including Revolt’s Marquetta Moore, Director of Music and Celebrity Relations, Ashley Calhoun, VP of A&R at Pulse Music Group, and more.
This highly touted series has been acknowledged for its community contributions and via the platform, students, graduates and young professionals have gone on to earn GRAMMYs, been employed and found success in the entertainment industry.
Previous guests for the IAmMusicology entertainment industry series have included Steve Lobel, Tunji Balogun (RCA), Yesi Ortiz (Power 106), DJ Carisma, Lenny S, Scott Storch & more. The organization’s focus is on the inner city youth!
