2X Grammy-Nominated Producer/DJ Ricci Riera Debuts His Solo Record “Wait”

Grammy-award winning producer Ricci Riera makes his solo debut with his single “Wait” featuring singer/songwriter Che Ecru & CardoGotWings premiering today on Zane Lowe’s Beats1.

“Wait” is an undeniably sexy, seductive record that persuades listeners to think it through before giving up on their troublesome lover too quickly. Riera independently released his debut record partnering with Stem, the independent music distribution and payments platform.

Riera is also kicking off his first international, headlining DJ tour on July 10, including stops in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China & Korea. In the past year, Riera has Dj’d Grammy Night at 1Oak NYC, Weedmaps Oasis for Coachella, Camp Flog Gnaw, and various parties for Paris Fashion week.

Ricci Riera is widely known for his production with notable hip-hop acts including Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Travis Scott, Schoolboy Q and A$AP Rocky, amongst others. He scored his first Grammy nomination as a solo producer with “U With Me?” on the second best selling album of 2016, Views. Ricci also recently appeared twice on Kendrick Lamar’s much anticipated 3rd studio album DAMN. producing on songs “Element”and “God”. Aside from his solo production, Riera was previously a member of the Grammy Nominated LA production duo THC. In addition to the music, Ricci has modeled for a Jordan campaign, Undefeated Summer ’18 look book and is featured in the f/w 18 Stussy lookbook.
