True Detergent is toted as one of the most effective laundry detergent available on the market, it is four-times concentrated and allows consumers to use less soap. Reportedly, one of the things that you will notice about True Detergent is the fact that it produces low suds. Despite skeptical views about low suds, True Laundry Detergent has proven that the amount of suds does not equal the degree of cleaning power. We got the team at True Products to weigh in on a few things surround their innovative and eco-friendly line-up!

As a company, who or what is TRUE Products?

True Products is a company that was started by Ali Muhammad, Abdur Rahim and Malik Saleem in 2013. We started this
company to help supply some of the basic needs of our community.

What brought you to this industry and the development of TRUE Products specifically and why is this important?

We were led to this product by Ali Muhammad because his brother is one of the top chemists in this country and he develops the
formula for the True Detergent because we as a people have a responsibility to produce products for our community.

What was the biggest obstacle in getting to your current phase of business?

The biggest obstacle this far is getting our people away from the habit of buying name brand detergents that have been on the market for a long time.

What do you want people to get from the way that you conduct business and your product line?

We want people to know that we will never betray our community and we are in this business for generations to come. We want to produce a line of household products with the best quality possible.

Tell us about the current and future goals of TRUE Products?

We at True have some short terms goals and long terms goals and our short-term goal is to establish 100 distributors across the country and our long-range goals are to go international into Africa with our brand.

What do you feel has been TRUE Products greatest achievement so far?

One of our greatest achievement is to take three brothers from different backgrounds and work together for almost six years now and we are still standing together with the help of God.

What does TRUE Products participate in within the community in order to give back and why?

As of this stage in our growth, the best way we have of giving back to the community is that we have inspired many young people to go out and find a product and we have helped them produce a product to sell in any market. We plan to do more to give back to the community with job opportunities in the near future.

Last but not least, HYPE wants to know… How have you seen TRUE Products make an impact in the lives of its employees and consumers?

As of right now, we only have one part-time customer service person to handle our disputes and from conversations with
customers, we have had many to say that they are so proud of what we are doing in the community. We bring excitement to know that we have a product that is produced by our own community.
