Queens emcee Alpha Memphis teams up with super producer E.Smitty for his latest release “Wiretap.” We get a fresh take on the corruption of law enforcement, and the flamboyance of our younger generation who use social media outlets to vent and showcase illegal activity, the clout chasers.
Inspired by the Firms 1997 release “Phone Tap”, HBO’s classic show “The Wire”, and plenty of life experiences. “Wire Tap” is Alpha’s public service announcement to his peers, Big Brother Got His Eye on You. This song is truly a genius adaptation of the dangers of internet stunting.
