Summer is at near end though the current heat may not indicate the same!!!  Throughout the year, The Hype Magazine covers some of the best festivals and happenings around the world and this years Editor’s Pick is Canada’s Festival D’été De Québec. The festival kicked off July 5th and ran through July 15th and we’ve culled through the daily shots and video clips to recap for you one of North America’s coolest festivals ever!

We’ve got daily gallery recaps PLUS a special peek at the festival and Quebec City from our correspondent Kenton Wong who had boots on ground for opening weekend. Festival d’été de Québec, Canada’s most important outdoor music festival, is set in modern, yet historic and picturesque Québec City. With global attendance usually topping more than one million entries each season, the Festival celebrates music for 11 days in July at 10 indoor and outdoor venues.
