Happy Birthday to Detroit-based Grammy-Nominated Songwriter Ashley Rose who makes her rap artist debut as Rosieohmygod and releases the amazing EP “How Do You Sleep At Night?”

Ashley Rose, self-made CEO of The Code and former Roc Nation | BMG signed, Grammy-nominated songwriter accredited for writing chart-topping hits for the likes of Chris Brown, Sevyn Streeter, Kat Deluna and Zara Larsson – makes her rap artist debut as RosieOhMyGod with the drop of her viral worthy EP “How Do You Sleep At Night?” today August 23rd.

The EP was done completely in-house by the creative masterminds of Detroit-based Grammy award nominated management and production company THE CODE, written by the artist herself Ashley Rose aka RosieOhMyGod produced by Jupyter, recorded and mixed by Thibault and mastered by Grammy award winning Jason Schweitzer.

ROSIEOHMYGOD came with the absolute heat! Barz, Barz and more Barz make this probably one of the dopest debuts this year. Production is perfect and transformative in line with the lyrics, timber, and delivery of Rosie… 5/5 candles on this debut to the birthday girl from me ~ JD

The Backstory behind the introduction of ROSIEOHMYGOD and her Debut Ep “How Do You Sleep At Night?”

The powerfully energetic debut album, “How Do You Sleep At Night?” inspired by Ashley Rose aka RosieOhMyGod’s endless career pursuits and tireless determination to making her mark as a female force in the business perfectly epitomizes the lyrical assertion and spunky femme balance we crave in today’s modern female rap artists and the empowering women the new world demands in the limelight:

While in the process of figuring out who I am as a creative, an executive, and a woman…I was constantly challenged with the ideal that I had to fit inside an identifiable box. Just be a mom, be a CEO, be a singer, be a rapper, be a songwriter, be a creative director, be a producer, be a philanthropist, be a designer, be a visionary.” said Ashley Rose. “The truth is I’m all of those things, all of those things keep me awake at night…trying to find more hours in the day to give to all of the things I’m passionate about, but I’ve realized I don’t have to choose. I’m grateful for examples like Dr. Dre, Diddy, Jay Z, and all of the industry creatives that have shown me that I don’t have to limit myself to just one goal or one dream and that I could empower other women in this world that they don’t have to either”
