#WillSmithTheJump: Will Smith to Bungee Jump Over Grand Canyon for Charity on 50th Birthday
YouTube’s “Will Smith: The Jump” Will Raise Proceeds To Benefit Global Citizen’s Education Campaigns Fans Who Donate Through Omaze Earn The Chance To Win A Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience To Witness Will Bungee Jump Out Of A Helicopter on His Birthday.
Beginning yesterday August 14th, fans can enter to win a once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness — in person — Will Smith bungee jump out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon as part of the special Will Smith: The Jump. All fans will be able to watch the special LIVE on Will’s YouTube channel on his 50th birthday this September 25th — all to raise awareness and donations for international advocacy organization Global Citizen’s education campaigns.
A $10 donation through Omaze.com/Will (official sweepstakes rules and other terms apply) provides fans with the chance to win this experience and support a great cause. Donation proceeds will benefit Global Citizen’s advocacy work on education and allow them to support Education Cannot Wait, a fund to bring education to kids in emergencies. The grand prize experience for one lucky winner and their guest includes:
- Hang with Will and his family to celebrate his 50th birthday and his successful heli-bungee jump
- Strike a pose with Will for the birthday photo
- Facetime a friend while you hang with Will
- Get flown out and put up in a hotel
Will believes that every child should have access to the transformative power of an education, which provides the chance to thrive, live and succeed. Through the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation he has chosen to partner with Global Citizen to support their ongoing advocacy work on education that allows them to support Education Cannot Wait, a global initiative that provides 75 million children in crisis-affected areas access to education.
