Harrison Barnes And Dennis Smith Jr. React To Kevin Durant Possibly Joining The Lakers Next Season
Earlier this week Scoop B Radio host Brandon “Scoop B ” Robinson reported that he spoke to a source that told him Kevin Durant will be a Los Angeles Laker next Year.
Spoke to a source today who confirmed Kevin Durant will be a LA Laker next year. “Just like LeBron planned his move LA a year or more earlier, KD is doing the same right now. They want to form the best duo in the NBA and set up KD to be the face of the Lakers post LeBron.”

Today the Dallas Mavericks had their media day allowing the press to ask the new additions DeAndre Jordan, Devin Harris, Luka Doncic, and Jalen Brunson questions. During Harrison Barnes and Dennis Smith Jr. question and answer sessions, I asked both players what were their thoughts on Robinson’s report regarding Kevin Durant possible joining LeBron next season.
Dennis Smith Jr. stated “that they gotta come on with it. Were are going to play as hard as they are and it will be something to see.” Harrison Barnes would add “The west would still be the west and I don’t think it would change too much. If you look at the top of the west Golden State is still going to be a great team, and Houston is still going to be a great team. Other great teams like OKC, Utah, and teams are going to be stacked still so, I think for us it goes back to internally competing every night.”
We will have to see where next summer’s free agents will land.
