Relevé Entertainment, in partnership with WalgreensAIDS Healthcare Foundation and AT&T, is proud to announce the return of  The Merge Summit. The 10th annual three-day celebration will be held October 11-13th at the Hilton Los Angeles Universal City. The Merge Summit is a unique event created to inspire synergy between faith-based and entertainment industry leaders and to educate, uplift, and encourage attendees to aspire toward their professional and personal goals. This year’s theme, hosted by Dr. Holly Carter, Robi Reed, and Traci Blackwell, is “Educate, Empower, Inspire”.

The Merge Summit will commence on October 11th with an Opening Award Gala honoring Television Personality and Philanthropist Steve Harvey. The weekend will feature speakers including President /CEO of Franklin Entertainment DeVon Franklin, Choreographer, Director and Television Personality Laurieann Gibson, Former American Boxer Laila Ali, Grammy Award- Winner Erica Campbell, ESSENCE Magazine Editor-At-Large Mikki Taylor, Celebrity Hair Stylist and reality TV star Kim Kimble, EVP of Programming & Development at OWN Jon Sinclair, and President of Universal Television Pearlena Igbokwe, to name a few. It will also feature musical performances by Jordin Sparks, Kierra Sheard, Travis Greene, Mali Music, Koryn Hawthorne, Pastor Charles Jenkins, and Willie Moore Jr. This year, The Merge has dubbed the second night of the summit “Art N’ Out”, a special evening dedicated to millennials hosted by Terrence J, and featuring performances by Major and Joi Starr, among others. Additional talent for the weekend includes, but is not limited to, actor Dondre Whitfield and the cast of Queen Sugar, Edwina Finley, Harmony Samuels, and Angela M. Davis.
