R&B royalty Eric Bellinger is no stranger to the fast life, but in the latest video from his Eazy Call album, “By Now,” he’s taking time out to think about the things that really matter most. In the “By Now” visual Bellinger is seen rocking sold-out shows all over the world…and then all by himself on the beach thinking about the price his family and relationship pays for his success.

As the lyrics (some of which were inspired by his #goals relationship with wife La’Myia) explain, even when it feels like you’re living your best life, the turn-up routine has a downside: Even though I’m out there with the homies / I feel like I’m all on my own bae / I wanna go back to the old days / when it was just you and me only. Eric Bellinger made it known last month that he’s always ready when there’s bad bi***es pullin up, but his sensitive side continues to set him apart.
