Photo Recap: Celebrities Splash at CATCH Las Vegas Restaurant Grand Opening Bash
LAS VEGAS – Celebrities, athletes, musicians and models descended upon Las Vegas Friday night, October 26 for a high-energy celebration debuting CATCH Las Vegas at ARIA Resort & Casino. Throughout the progressive party transforming CATCH from a world-class restaurant into a late-night party, notables such as The Chainsmokers, Floyd Mayweather, Jermaine Dupri and more came to witness the Las Vegas unveiling of the destination restaurant with locations in New York City and Hollywood.
CATCH Hospitality Group Partners Mark Birnbaum, Eugene Remm and Tilman Fertitta opened the doors to the next evolution of their restaurant experience as guests whipped out their phones to capture the 80-foot long glittering, flora-filled pergola welcoming the A-list crowd to Las Vegas’ newest dining experience.
Among the other personalities who came for the CATCH Las Vegas grand opening celebration included model Tyson Beckford, New York Yankees Giancarlo Stanton, The Hills’ Frankie Delgado, poker personality Rick Solomon, and Vegas Golden Knights William Karlsson, Alex Tuch, and Malcolm Subban.

The celebrity-laden crowd took their seats around the CATCH Las Vegas olive tree for a multicourse feast of signature dishes like the Truffle Sashimi with tuna, Hamachi, black truffle, ponzu and caviar; the Hellfire Roll that tops sushi with spicy tuna in two ways along with pear and balsamic; 25-Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk featuring 36 ounces of all natural, grass-fed beef with caramelized onion wagyu butter; and the Hit Me Cake that took over social feeds as guests captured smashing the liquid “Klondike” bar that oozed down the remaining decadent layers including a brownie, devil’s food cake, and roasted white chocolate ice cream.
As guests feasted, musician and social media stars Rudy Mancuso and Lexy Panterra took the stage high-tempo performances.
As midnight struck, guests filled into the CATCH Lounge for a late-night afterparty – a first look at Birnbaum, Remm, and Fertitta’s vision for a new type of Las Vegas nightlife experience differentiating from the mega clubs on The Strip.
