Taniya Nayak On Interior Design, FrogTape & Upcoming Projects

DIY television star and interior designer Taniya Nayak is a go-to expert for decorating programs on major networks including HGTV (Designed To Sell, Billion Dollar Block) and Food Network (Restaurant: Impossible). Nayak is known to focus on creating affordable yet inspirational spaces. In turn, her approachable take on interior design has won over everyone from rock stars to first-time homebuyers.

I had the pleasure of doing Q&A with Taniya Nayak on behalf of The Hype Magazine, and video from that interview is below. Beyond talking about upcoming projects — which includes judging on an ABC series — she talked about how she got her start within the design industry and also whether or not she, as a designer, can turn her designer mind off when sitting in a restaurant.
