Google promotes the new Pixel 3 with an interactive Pop Up event in Los Angeles

Over the course of three days, Google set up shop in the heart of Hollywood with an immersive experience powered by YouTube, it was themed ‘Sight of the Sound.’ During the visit, participants were gifted a Pixel 3 to capture the journey through its lenses. Before we started the experience, Google experts prompted us on the phone’s features which included: zoom out selfie, photo booth and the Google photo information feature that provided the latest Google search information on that snapshot. 

The interactive adventure provided four rooms inspired by four different recording artist and their latest album. By using your Pixel 3 and guessing simple riddles participants could unlock a special element in the room.

The first room, was the Vibras vibes of Latin singer, J Balvin, whose room was a tropical safari.Next, was the world of electronic DJ, Marshmallow in a happy, fun and party themed room.The next room was reflective and calm inspired by Ella Mai and her new album. Finally, you’ll enter the enchanted mansion through the eyes of Atlanta rapper Future.

The activation lasted about 15 minutes and after you completed the tour participants were afforded an opportunity to win a brand new Pixel 3 on the crawl crane. Everyone walked away with a free Google Pixel 3 T-shirt.
