Hip-Hop Artist Sain Represents Dubai With New Video “Get The Money”

Dubai-based hip-hop artist Sain today released a booming new single “Get The Money.” With the help of LA-based rapper Mackdous and UK underground rapper Capo Blaze, Sain proclaims his destiny of wealth, status and success in this rhythmic and energizing video.

His sound is inspired by iconic 90s hip-hop artists like 2pac, Naughty By Nature, and Onyx – all artists that his older brother introduced him to when they were growing up. He strives to create a unique and different sound for Dubai, as the city is not currently a hub for music. He hopes that the internet will help him gain an international influence and allow him to tell his Dubai story.

Sain was born Hussain Hashim in Miami and grew up in both Miami and Houston, but he spent more than half of his life in Dubai, and Dubai has resonated with him the most. In “Get The Money,” Sain raps, “This is my city I’m the talk round here.” Master P helped the southern hip-hop scene go mainstream, Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa put Pittsburgh on the map for hip-hop culture, and Drake rebranded Toronto as “the 6.” Sain aspires to do the same with Dubai. He explains, “I’m a representative of this city because I am from it and have the right to be the first one to put it on the map internationally via music.”

His music career began with the creation of a group called Lyrically Insane. With a $35 microphone at a friends house, Lyrically Insane recorded its first song. However, the group parted ways, and Sain moved on to follow his musical vision.

Sain has already acquired sponsorship deals with brands including Casio’s G-Shock and Marc Ecko’s once coveted clothing brand. Early in his career, Sain has already shared the stage with several hip-hop legends including Missy Elliot, Cee Lo Green, and Akon.
