Radio and TV Personality HeadKrack Talks New Music, Politics and More

Back Story: HeadKrack originally from the Bronx made his way to Atlanta via Dallas where he began his radio career on 97.9 FM The Beat. He’s now in Atlanta and currently a co-host on the nationally syndicated “Rickey Smiley Morning Show” and on the small screen series “Dish Nation” which is featured in over 70+ markets.

HeadKrack is a Hip-Hop artist, actor, DJ and a creative voice-over character in addition to his radio and television work. As well as being a solo artist, he’s one-third of the progressive Hip-Hop group The Bodega Brovas released critically acclaimed LP “L.G.A. (Loaded Guns and Alcohol) and have enjoyed touring overseas and the US over the last 8 years. The crew looks to drop another project in the near future.

HeadKrack’s latest solo joint “All the Way Lit” (Feat. Mahdi) is an upbeat piece of lyrical mastery. Bringing the underground requirement of verbal missiles to a commercial adaptation for the airwaves. All the Way Lit hits on all cylinders and one I’ve personally got in my daily work playlist! Dig it

Amidst his already insane work schedule, HeadKrack also has a funny bone and moves around with his traveling show “The Live Comedy Mixtape.” The show blends Hip-Hop and comedy in the form of rhyming sketches, traditional standup, and crowd-based improv.

The Hype Magazine caught up with this multi-talented and extremely busy cat to talk about his crazy schedule, his new music and how he keeps it all together! Tune In
