The Desert – ‘Distract Me’
A cross between Massive Attack and Portishead, Bristol-based 4-piece The Desert are about to release a new EP on Funnel Music. While previous single ‘Gone’ sat as the band’s most anthemic release on their new EP, ‘Distract Me’ acts as the more intimate of the two. Using synthesizers near the end to create a more haunting tone, the band have been able to create a grand and atmospheric sound that still retains many of their organic elements. Out via Funnel Music.
