BRYN – 99 (Mixtape)

The releases of BRYN’s 99 Mixtape comes fresh off the back of releasing ‘Drunk & Wavey’ – her ground-breaking U.K./ U.S. female collaboration with critically acclaimed stateside rapper Dreezy. It also follows 2018 released tracks ‘QueenPin’, ‘Bailiffs’ and debut ‘Pull Up’, featuring other hot collabs with London MC’s Suspect and Yung Fume.

“The 99 mixtape is something I wanted to drop as a BIG thank-you to all my fans for supporting me through an incredible year. It has some brand new tracks on it along with favorites already out there. I called it 99 because I was born in 1999.” Says BRYN “Watch this space for 2019, when I’ll be hitting you up with some new material and fresh sounds…”

Over the course of this year, BRYN has been championed by the likes of GRM and Link UP (who premiered her videos); enjoyed radio support from DJ Target and Twin B at Radio 1 & 1Xtra, DJ Swerve at Kiss and Sacha Brooks at Capital; and racked up an impressive 1 million streams across all videos and uploads. All in addition to stellar performances at Reading and Leeds Festival, and her own headline show at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen in London.

Poised to breakthrough and championed by Stefflon Don, Stormzy and Maya Jama, 19-year-old singer, songwriter and rapper BRYN is a triple threat upcoming artist to watch.

Able to go hard in on 16 bars before switching to powerful, R&B inflected vocals, file her under ‘Anne-Marie meets Ms Banks’.

In 2017, Croydon born and bred BRYN started uploading her fiery vocal mashups on her @brynbp Instagram page, which quickly grew from 4000 to 93,000 followers in under a year while her performances, (including live footage of her jumping up on stage with the likes of Big Tobz, Cadet, Central cee and Fredo), have accumulated over 10 million views.

Sure to continue commanding attention over the coming months, BRYN is here to stay.

Rising South London sensation BRYN drops her debut long player, the 99 Mixtape.
