Feeding America CDO Andy Wilson Talks Feeding 40 million families this holiday season

Millions of Americans struggle to put food on their tables, and this holiday season, Feeding America – the nation’s largest hunger relief organization – is teaming with Wells Fargo to provide more than 40 million meals for hungry families.

According to statistics published by the USDA, 40 million Americans were dependent on a food program or simply unsure where their next meal would come from at some point during 2017. That number of hungry people includes more than 6 million children, which means the time for neighbors to start helping neighbors is NOW.

In an effort to make more meals possible this holiday season for those experiencing food insecurity, Feeding America and Wells Fargo are inviting others to join in the effort. $1 can provide up to 10 meals, so every little bit can make a real impact.
